Assessments

We will have frequent formative assessments in class, both individually and in groups.  Sometimes these will be a half sheet quiz or classroom activity.  We will also take a more formal summative unit test every few weeks.  I will make sure the students have plenty of warning when these will take place.

When a student scores below 75% on an assessment, retake prep work must be completed, and a retake assessment must be taken within two weeks.  There is no minimum score score required to retake any assessment, and the grade you receive fully replaces your old score.  I advise all students to take advantage of this.
